Mark D. Johnson
- President
Mark
D. Johnson has over
20 years estate and planned giving experience. Mark is a Certified
Financial Planner TM professional.
Mark has lectured extensively
on various estate planning and philanthropic related topics. His
professional expertise in estate planning and charitable gifting, combined
with the innovative strategies in which the company specializes, uniquely
qualifies him to assist his clients with their important estate planning and
charitable gift planning needs.
Mark has previously work for
the American Heart Association and is currently retained as a consultant by
several national charities to educate and assist their donors in estate and
charitable giving strategies.
He is a graduate of North
Dakota State University and the College of Financial Planning. He is a
member of Financial Planning Association,
National Association of Christian Financial Consultants, and Kingdom
Advisors.

Mary G. Johnson
- Office Manager
Mary
G. Johnson brings over is 25 years of experience to Fountain
Professional Group, Inc. Mary provides internal administrative
support, client management and attends to the Company’s day-to-day
office needs. She maintains the accounting and marketing systems.
Mary is extensively involved in client servicing.
Mary
is Secretary/Treasurer of Fountain Professional Group, Inc. She is a
licensed life and health insurance agent. Mary has successful
completed the course for the designation of LUTCF.
Mary
has previously worked several years for the American Heart Association
assisting in fundraising and deferred giving support. She also
worked for a major health insurance company for fifteen years in client
service and marketing.

Alexander M. Johnson

Administrative Assistant
Alex Johnson
is our Client Relations Director. He is responsible for maintaining
client relations, providing ongoing client support and technical support.
Prior to joining FFG, Alex was involved in client services in banking and
mortgage lending.

W. Thomas Fyler, Jr.
- Consultant
W Thomas Fyler, Jr.
is a Planned Giving Specialist. Tom has directed planned giving,
major donor, corporate and foundation capital campaigns for local and
national non-profit institutions and ministries. These organizations
include Boys Clubs of America, the United Way of New York, and for Dr.
Reverend Norman Vincent Peale. He is a member of the Association of
Fundraising Executives.

Dennis R. Beck
- Consultant
Dennis R.
Beck is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial
Consultant. He has over thirty years experience in helping clients
reduce taxes and increase income. Dennis has conducted numerous seminars on
tax reduction strategies for income and estate taxes. He believes
in developing relationships that are built on integrity and
professionalism.
Dennis has
pursued excellence and knowledge in all of his career pursuits. His vast
knowledge of advance insurance underwriting and accounting background has
enabled him to improve the financial lives of his clients.
He is a
member of the American Society of CLU's and CHFC's, the National Association
of Financial Advisors, Certified Estate Planners, and Friendship Church.
He
has served on the boards of the American Cancer Society, the Wilder
Foundation and is currently working with the Minnesota Foundation.
Dennis is
married and has two children. He currently resides in Savage, MN.

Brett
R. Grosklags
is a Business and Exit Planning specialist helping
businesses grow, transfer ownership and maximize financial goals for
owners. Brett is recognized for his experience in the area of mergers and
acquisitions, family business and business sale.
Brett
has presented numerous exit planning and tax strategy seminars in the United States and has represented American companies in
Europe,
Canada and Latin America
. He has also represented many European companies in the United States.
He
has a graduate degree from the
University of
Saint Thomas
with a Masters in Business Administration as well as undergraduate degrees
from Minnesota State
University,
Mankato, majoring in Finance, Real Estate and Insurance with minors in Economics,
Accounting and Aviation.
He
is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, Business
Enterprise Institute, Tax Coach, Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association as
well as other professional organizations.
Brett
is married with four children and currently resides in Prior Lake,
Minnesota.

Specialist
Tom
Russell provides expert health insurance guidance to families,
seniors and business owners. He is a Certified Senior Advisor and the
author of the book, “Navigate the Maze of Long-term Care Insurance –
How to Avoid Costly Mistakes.” Tom
has been interviewed on more than 60 radio and TV talk shows.
For people under 65 (before Medicare) Tom is a champion of the new HSA
(Health Savings Account) health plans, since they can result in sizeable
premium savings and better coverage. Then, when people turn 65 and
transition to Medicare, Tom helps them make better and more cost effective
decisions.
Health insurance is a vital part of any good financial plan and includes
medical insurance, Medicare plans, disability income, long-term care
insurance, employee benefit plans and life insurance planning.
With
over 17 years of experience in these vital areas, and more than 1000
clients, Tom brings invaluable expertise to the Fountain team.
Tom
is married to Colleen and lives in
Payson
